Paul (Little) Beiler is from Tryon, North Carolina. Paul is the Senior Pastor of Foothills Community Chapel in Columbus, NC. Along with pastoring, he is also a certified trainer and consultant with the Maxwell Leadership Foundation, specializing in the DISC method. He is a familiar face in our Revivalist family. The Lord has gifted him with a wonderful gift of speaking and facilitating moments of ministry through the power of the Holy Spirit.

The DISC assessment is a tool used to understand how people approach their work, interact with others, and respond to challenges. It categorizes behavior into four main types: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), Conscientiousness (C).

The email will include instructions on how to purchase the DISC assessment (exclusive WAKE ONLY price of $25), and the steps needed to complete the assessment. At WAKE you will receive your test results and we will dive into what your results means with the help of Dave Kauffman and Paul Beiler.

WAKE is designed to help you go beyond the freedom that so many experience in Christ, and discover the deep identity that is found in each believer. Too often we find that Christianity is focused on individuals experiencing freedom, but never teaching them how to walk in it. We are set free from our "Egypt", but rarely do we take steps into our "promised land.” The goal of this weekend is to take individuals from the desert of freedom, to the territory-taking faith that brings them to their promise. We are looking for those who are ready to receive leadership, embrace community, and let the love of God redefine who they are. Our vision is to see sons and daughters confidently take up their identity as revivalists and walk in territory taking faith.​
